Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, and are typically shipped within 3 business days. Some personalized items do take longer for processing and you will be notified of any delays upon completion of your order. You may contact us via email at: email@example.com prior to placing an order for an up to date time frame for your selected item(s). There are sometimes additional delays due to Federal Holidays.
At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please be aware that no refunds are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. These products include items with Names, Initials, Dates or any other custom designs. For all non-personalized products, our policy is to accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization number and you will then receive further instructions to send back the item(s) for an exchange or refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and candy cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or submit your refund. Your credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
